Summer does not only bring sunshine and time off from school- it brings trends, that as the fashion-forward ladies that we are, must dutifully follow! Well, maybe not all of them, but as many that appeal to our taste. This year in particular, a lot of "tribal" prints have been showing up, well, everywhere! I looked up the definition of "tribal", just to be clear on what this particular print was (because I've seen
many variations.) What I got was
: 'of, relating to, or characteristic of a tribe.' Oookay. That didn't help much. So I came up with my own definition. Tribal Print: A design, usually withholding many colors; may contain various geometric shapes. I think my definition is a little better. Anyways this new trend is popping up everywhere- Tees, sheer blouses, sun dresses, shoes, even jewelry! The pattern is a little busy, and may not fit everyone's style, but is worth giving a try. I have definately already stocked up on this season's most-used print!*
