Freedom of Expression

So, as you may probably be able to tell by most of my posts, I am a full-on girly-girl. We're talking skirts and dresses every day of the week (except during the winter when I'm forced to wear jeans and sweaters...*shudder*.) But it's also hard not to admire those girls who have that aura of coolness. You know who they are, they're usually wearing Vans, skinny jeans, and some over-washed looking Tee. And even though I don't usually wear any of these items, it's the way that they wear the clothes and represent themselves that make the items cool. And that's why I like shirts that have meaning. With these shirts, you can say so much with actually saying nothing at all. Think about it, if you see someone with a shirt that says "Party Animal" it gives off a completely different vibe than someone who's shirt says "Free Hugs". I used those examples because I have two friends with those two shirts and they have quite different personalities. So  few are the oppotunities when you can really speak with the clothes you wear.  So next time you go shopping, try to find a shirt that fits your personality, you'll be surprised at how coincidential these shirts can be. Delias, AllSaints, and ModCloth have some very cute and even witty shirts.*
