Last month's Teen Vouge was the denim issue. A little boring. Blues, blues, blues. Dark washes and light washes. But then something caught my eye. Resin-coated denim. I thought it sounded a little weird at first- but then, I saw the pictures. They were like leather pants, except in any color you wanted. I spotted a pair of teal ones and knew I had to do more research on them! So basically, the denim is coated in resin. Ha, I like fashion, not science. Anyways, after the process is done, viola! Super shiny, almost leather-like jeans. They also don't cost any more than a regular pair of jeans. A lot of different websites are selling them already- the trend is definately catching on. And since this look isn't really summer-appropriate (unless you live somewhere very cold), keep the super-slick look for fall! *The Weekly Styler is your source for all the latest news on everything fashion! From new make up lines, to what's on the Chanel runways!
