I've been talking nonstop about the latest trends, what's new this season, and what's great for this summer. But really, I haven't even focused on the more important thing. Basic- things that will never go out of style; things that when that red sequined mini dress fails you, will always be in the back of your closet, there for you. Okay, I know that I just personified an article of clothing, but it's true. A little black dress will never go out of style. Mostly because black is always in, and simple things don't have all the fuss of sequins or beading to make a dress so-last-year. But fashion is also about taking the classics, things that you know will always work, and making them edgy and new. So take that LBD out from the back of your closet and pair it with red heels with studs on them, or with a bright blue snakeskin clutch.
